Our aim is to ensure we consider the environment, health, hygiene and of course quality.
Fish on our menu is from sustainable fishing grounds in order to ensure we preserve fish stocks for generations to come, our fish is fresh, filleted and delivered daily from Grimsby.
All our cod is skinned and our haddock can be skinned on request.
We use Lincolnshire Maris Piper potatoes (which cuts down on road miles), they are prepared daily on the premises to ensure quality and freshness. We fry in FRYMAX, which is a vegetable frying oil that is additive free and contains NO hydrogenated oils and contains less than 1% Trans-fatty acids.
The restaurant and takeaway are both pushchair and wheelchair friendly and all our team have a minimum level 2 food hygiene certificate.
